Pennsylvania does not collect sales tax on clothing and shoes, but I did pay sales tax. I believe this was a mistake and I believe the sales tax should be refunded. I thought it would be fixed once I complete the transaction but it didn't. The shoes themselves were very good and the fit was comfortable.
