Don't stay as long as previous creek walkers. I've always trusted Brooks to last longer for the money, but it just isn't of this quality. My legs push off to the side and the sidewalls break on them much faster. Second pair for $150 that only lasted a few months. Previously discontinued models have lasted me 8 to 10 months. i really miss her :-(

These are great shoes. I have worn hiking boots for many years with varying results. I only started wearing them a week ago and my walking and comfort have greatly improved. I bought them for these reasons and mainly because of the look, which is more reminiscent of a sports shoe.

They seemed comfortable but they are a lot smaller than they should be. If you wear a size 10, order a size 11. That's why I hate ordering shoes online! Mine are coming back tomorrow. I don't know if I want to reorder or not. Can shop locally first.

This shoe keeps my ankles straight when walking, doesn't bend to the left, plus the fact that they are so comfortable it's definitely a MUST!

My husband has high arches and is on his feet all day. He developed chronic pain in the arches of his feet. I've read reviews of good archery shoes and they've been highly recommended. I ordered his regular size 12 and they were too small; But he was reassured about the arch calipers and we sent them back in 12.5 seconds. It is now his favorite shoe and he no longer has pain in his feet. Now we have ordered it in other styles!

This particular Brooks style is similar to walking with wooden planks on your feet. They fit well and they are comfortable. But a very small pillow.

We used to get Brooks Beasts but this model went down the drain. The cravings are very stable and firm when walking and do not "sway" back and forth. Great walking shoes. Not as good as the original beasts, but better than the beast 20 which only lasted 3 months.

Pennsylvania does not collect sales tax on clothing and shoes, but I did pay sales tax. I believe this was a mistake and I believe the sales tax should be refunded. I thought it would be fixed once I complete the transaction but it didn't. The shoes themselves were very good and the fit was comfortable.
