I thought the hourglass might also help me focus in the moment. It's still a good idea, but the hourglass should work. This hourglass grabs attention, but the sand gets stuck. It doesn't even get stuck in a rhythmic order like 15 minute hour or 30 minute hour. Sand gets stuck randomly, rendering the hourglass useless. :(
