I don't care who you are, you have to use a spirit level to hang these things on the wall and you really have to be a perfectionist. If you hang a group of paintings on the wall, even the smallest bumps will be visible. Some kind of template would be freaking awesome. You may have put them in a bag because the instructions are useless. The frames come with some sort of black metal clip that I have no idea what it's for. These are cheap plastic frames but they got the job done. I don't recommend trying to hang all 17 pieces on one wall unless you're someone with an eye for uniformity. Impressive. I think my wall slopes down or something. Well, for that price I'd still buy a box of these and maybe just hang them up in groups of four.
