
The best part about Five is that it’s all in one place, which makes running multiple companies much easier than having to input information into two different programs! I also like how easy it was to learn and use because my office manager helped me when we first went live after our initial launch as well! Nothing specific at this time but have contacted their support team about any issues or concerns. We are currently experiencing some minor glitches during peak times, such as slow load screens. If you need an affordable program that will be able to handle large amounts of data across several users, then give it a try! There's no better way to track customer information than being online throughout the process, so keeping up with them has been very helpful. You can easily keep tabs on progress and communication within the organization without constantly leaving the building (and losing momentum). The most helpful feature is that it allows you to track all aspects related towards each job, so there's no need anymore to use multiple spreadsheets or other tools in order keep everything organized! I'd like more customization options (ease-of -use) but overall this tool has been very useful when managing my jobsite data from one place instead having several different ones scattered around various folders / files etc..
