Yes, the best product I have ever returned! HA! Yes, so why 5 stars?! I just underestimated how big a block I need. The company was great! I hated returning it used due to my mistake (I'm in retail) and asked them if they would make another one. But no. My guilt grows They responded to my email quickly and were happy to help me return it with a prompt refund. Great emails and understanding. Very impressive. Everything about this dehu was great. Wet. to mid 60% (of 90%!), but obviously ordered a unit that was too small, as desired 50% or less. Unfortunately I could not get a larger size from the seller. I would do it. Learn more about my setup if you'd like. Packing, compact size and easy operation with booklet included. Immediately after launch, the humidity in my large crawl space, which I had recently sealed, began to drop. It came with about 4 feet of drain hose, but I bought a longer roll of clear hose from Lowe's and tied it to an existing PVC condensate drain. To aid gravity flow, I placed it on an inverted recycling bin, maybe 16 inches tall. Insert a loop (pigtail) into the pipe and tighten the tie. I bought a Govee Bluetooth moisture monitor and put it next to it. I'm planning to use an Alexa plug so I can turn the power on and off remotely when humidity levels are reached. For an old man, not a techie, it turned out well, eh!
