The machine was easy to set up and start brewing. After adjusting the grinder, the machine made the best cappuccino and latte. Everyone can save their settings via the profile buttons. I liked everything about the car. We've had issues with the "Add Beans" message after each brew. We used Lavazza Super Crema beans, so it wasn't the beans. Had contacted Whole Latte Love and wanted an exchange until day 9 the machine started delivering only water and the milk frother only air. After some communication with the support team we decided to return. We were concerned if a car breaks down after just 9 days, what happens if the next car breaks down on day 31? The machine is under warranty but you have to pay shipping for the repair and many reviews say it can take 6-8 weeks to repair. The machine is not very well built; The water tank is made of plastic and is difficult to pull out. Notification of dispensed pucks when not full; All in all a great cup of coffee! We hope to find another car that is better.
