Terrible, unfortunately, not under 1 star. The programming codes on the lock itself and in the operating instructions were completely different, which wasn't really a problem, but it was annoying. However, the spare key did not fit in the lock. So I'm just a LITTLE CRASH. I would recommend checking these two things first before installing the lock, which unfortunately I didn't do, assuming codes and keys would match! Also, I checked the phone app for a lock and the reviews are touching. The app is often down and you apparently have to consent to Schlage sharing your contact information, IP address, email address and other personal information with third parties. I thought it would be ok to support blocking, but they may also give this information to third parties so they can sell to you. A company that offers security systems that share personal information with advertisers? Come on, punch, pull yourself together.
