Bosch brand. It may cost more but lasts 4 times longer
Replace my standard Bosch soft pad with a new one today, last came out about 300 discs maybe try to get 25 more out, quality product from Bosch. See photos from old to new. The best way to prolong the life of these pads is not to let them spin freely off the part, but rather to start and stop on the part whenever possible. If you move the pad away from the center and the grinder starts spinning, it will start pulling off the hooks.
