Replaced a failed starter motor in a 2003 Honda Accord. Installation wasn't the easiest, but that's not the product's fault. See YouTube for instructions. There are several methods, but I used one that only involved removing the intake manifold (not the breather tubes, throttle body, etc.). It went fairly smoothly, but the bottom screw was difficult to remove and reinstall due to limited play. I suggest putting some WD-40 or penetrating oil on the threads before reinstalling as corrosion will build up making it difficult to thread a longish bolt. Overall the starter works great and has been used for a number of years since the car was purchased. The back has never been better in terms of folding over (was sluggish and then completely dead). The description says it's recycled in Tennessee, which was a plus as I try to avoid Chinese recycled products. So far so good (a few weeks have passed since installation). This winter in Michigan will be a real challenge. For now, I'm recommending this starter for an inexpensive replacement.
