Review on πŸ’¦ Conair's All-in-One Sonic Water Jet System with Interplak by Julie Parker

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Be prepared to spend an additional $7.95 for a second nozzle

Swj1 only comes with a standard nozzle. If you have another person who will use it, you will have to buy another tip! The 4-piece set includes a standard tip only. So if you're like me, the other 3 end up in a desk drawer. My guess is that Conair misses the tip so you're forced to buy a set. At this point you are approaching the cost of Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser. Additional standard attachments do not come in pairs or individually, just one with other attachments that you may not need. As you would expect, Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser includes two standard nozzles. The big (only?) advantage of the Swj1 is the Sonic Vibration Technology. The pen has a battery that vibrates when you turn it on. The vibration will be felt in the teeth, jaw and entire skull. I don't think it's a comfortable feeling. Also, if you google it, there doesn't seem to be any serious science behind the benefits of sonic vibration. At least when used as intended. My main problem with the functionality of the device was the negative pressure. As other reviews have stated, this is significantly less than Waterpik. I sent the SWj1 back to Revain and I love the Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser. Excellent water pressure, two tips, one reservoir under the tank. Overall I think this generation is ahead of Conair. If you don't need the vibrate function don't try to save a few bucks, Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser is a great product and best price. At the time of writing this review, there were 3681 reviews for Waterpik and 147 reviews for Conair. I usually pick the underdog, but this time Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser wins.
