Do not buy this if you are making a CRUSTLESS quiche
Iβm on a low carb kick right now and I wanted to make a crustless quiche. Luckily I put a baking tray underneath this pan because about half the egg leaked out the bottom. For normal use I think itβs probably perfect + very nonstick and easy to clean.
