The sound quality is really great. One of the best wireless headphones I've ever used with great bass. BUT it is almost impossible to train in it. What were they made for? You cannot adjust the loop to fit your ear. So if you have smaller ears like mine, you're screwed. The included attachments barely stay in when moving, so I had to replace them with another pair of old headphones and even then they fell out a little less when moving. Overall the sound quality was great, but the headphones themselves were so impractical for working out that I had to buy another pair of earbuds just for working out.
