Awesome Customer Service, they were able to send me a second one with no problem after USP lost the first one. Very friendly and helpful, everything through email. Very easy to install and worked like a charm. Installed on a bike I had for the last 30 years a Pacific 5000 bike. Turn something old into something new and exciting again. Finally, I was able to take it out for a ride due to the weather. Awesome, fast, and powerfully and I was able to get it past 25 mp after that it was getting dangerous so I stopped. The only drawback I have is that they could make the LCD screen and the Throttle a little better in quality. The screen and twist throttle just feel very cheap otherwise it is an awesome product. Looking to buy another one if you make and 24" front wheel hub for my daughter's bike. Please let me know. Highly Recommended!Installed the Front Wheel Hub and ran all the wire to the back of the bike. End up placing controllers and all the wire into an electrical box to keep the bike clean. (Project Box IP65 Waterproof Junction Box ABS Plastic Black Electrical Boxes 7.87 x4.72 x2.95 inch) Screwed the box under the rack and put the battery on the top of the bike rack. The Bike is a lot more balanced with the weight of the wheel hub motor in the front and the battery in the back with the controller.
