Review on 🍫 Revitalize and Replenish with First Endurance Ultragen Recovery Drink Chocolate by Kristen Lopez

Mild Flavor, No Powdery Residue, Best Bang for Buck Revitalizing Shake

Chances are you're here after countless trial and error with other revitalizing shakes. I've used several, from bodybuilding formulas to other endurance-focused recovery shakes like Ultragen. I know taste is a very subjective thing, but this formula tastes pretty light and easy to digest when mixed with cold water. I haven't tried milk or other liquids as it limits my body's absorption, it's best to stick with water (plus it keeps costs down). Tastes like diluted chocolate milk, but not as rich. what is good for me When you're drinking it properly, meaning right after a hard workout, the last thing I want is something very potent. I need something fast that will get my body going again as soon as possible. I have used Hammer Recoverite before. This thing was gross, but it had good ingredients. I briefly switched to the Clif product (which was delicious but overpriced per serving). Ultragene is not cheap. But if you look at the ingredients, you're getting the best bang for your buck. A full serving of Ultragen is twice the size of other shakes. Therefore, I usually take half a portion, for the sake of simplicity, a scoop per hour of work. I highly recommend this material. I really feel like my body heals faster if you eat real food and of course rest shortly after drinking this stuff!
