AMAZING taste with milk and helps recovery

I play 3-4 hours of tennis in the heat and am usually exhausted for the rest of the day due to sore muscles the next day. After starting drinking right away, I seem to have noticeably more energy for the rest of the day and only very mild soreness the next day. Delicious (and harder to digest) dessert when you mix 1 scoop with a glass of milk. I fill plastic screw-top bottles (through a funnel) to take on-the-go portions of the EFS electrolyte blend and this recovery powder.

Great Recovery Product

A truly great combination of ingredients specifically designed for endurance training recovery. I love it because after a hard workout I can just sip a glass of it and know I'm getting all the essential vitamins, BCAAs, protein and carbs I need for my best recovery without even thinking about it. I'm 28 years old, weigh 115 pounds and run 50-75 miles a week while training for a marathon. Chances are you're here after countless trial and error with other revitalizing shakes. I've used several, from bodybuilding formulas to other endurance-focused recovery shakes like Ultragen. I know taste is a very subjective thing, but this formula tastes pretty light and easy to digest when mixed with cold water.
