Review on Professional Artist Pencils Set - 72 Colored Pencils for Drawing, Sketching, Graphite, Shading & Coloring - Art Supplies in Tin Box by Kristen Reid

I'm always looking for artistic material to try new techniques in my work and also to show my students or other creative friends. I came across H&B colored pencils and decided to give them a try. The 72 color set gave me such a wide range of shades and tones, including silver and gold, that I have not seen in a colored pencil set. The paper is smooth and blends well. Most wires don't break easily, which means longer life. They can also be erased and you can use the eraser to add highlights after coloring. It is packaged in a beautiful tin can which is very attractive and contains 3 plastic trays stacked inside. The indentation or recess on either side of the tray allows you to remove each pencil from the box without tipping the box on its side causing the crayons to squirt out. I attached tape to the bottom of the tray to make the trays lighter. I've enjoyed using them and have had great results with a few sketches. I would recommend it as a great tool for students and art lovers. This is excellent value for money!
