Although regular carbide cutters do the job, mine always stuck to the aluminum and stopped cutting. Then I took a wire brush and brushed it, which was tedious all the time. There is enough leeway so that they don't stick together so easily. This is due to what I find to be the 4 most common sizes: ball, round, conical, etc. The balance seems accurate as I get very little extra vibration from a straight grinder. Very happy with them so far and looking forward to saving time by not having to clean all the time. Pros: - Doesn't stick easily to aluminum bits - Well balanced, no vibration - Only comes with the bits I use the most. Cons: - tend to talk more at lower speeds.
