Use one of these for the rectangular left rear view mirror on my motorcycle. As expected, considering the size and description of the product, it takes up a lot of space on my mirror. But it's acceptable: I need a quick check on the freeway to make sure no one has climbed into my blind spot, and this mirror does its job. There is still enough space above and next to the mirror so that I can see well from the side. It takes a little practice, but it's worth it. Now I can confidently assess what's going on to my left, despite the limitations of my head check due to my full face helmet. I went with a wide angle mirror thinking it would give me a more complete view and it does. Followed the gluing instructions (including waiting overnight) and had no problems.
