Buy Two External Components
A small price well worth the time you spend trying to get an outdated or orphaned sound chip working! I spent almost three hours trying to get the IDT sound chip to work with Windows 10. I did some research to find a combination of IDT codec and Microsoft drivers that worked for some, but why waste another few hours if it didn't? Bought two. One for now, the other in case the situation repeats itself.
