Excellent integration capability, best pricing value along w/ excellent technical assistance

It works perfectly with other systems like CRM or ERP system to integrate call center functionality seamlessly into it. Easy UI customization options as well. Not much dislike so far but would definitely look forward towards future features in this product which will be released soon! - Automation of tasks-Easy Integration capabilities-Best Customer service support available online.-Good price range compared to competitors products out there currently. The ability to have an easy-to-use interface with all the features that we need. All in one place! I would like to see more features added. The customer service has been awesome and they are willing to work with you until you find what you are looking for. We can do everything from controlling our call center via web or mobile. This allows us to be able to monitor multiple call centers at once.
