I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

Used the phone for a few weeks before writing a review. I remember when A5 2022 came out, everyone complained that the olephobe was bad, the camera smeared, and so on. So. A72 is a logical continuation, which has water protection, but the screen and camera are much better. My A5 is still working, nothing happened to it, as some wrote on the Internet, so I decided to take the Samsung again. I chose the A72 because of the optical zoom module, but I also like the A52. I would like to note that the reviews on YouTube are somehow superficial: the specs were discussed a little, some pictures were shown, and then that's it. For example, I was interested in the presence of HDR, and there is such a function, and it is automatic now, but before it was launched in a separate mode. Now it's more convenient. Camera control turned out to be easier than expected. And that's a plus. The general control of the phone plus / minus is the same (for example, the launcher is important in this matter, and it is convenient for Samsung, not like a primitive from the bare version of android; I also like gesture control in the camera). But I did not find it in the reviews. Therefore, now the phone has exceeded my expectations, I am happy with the purchase. It should be noted that in the shortcomings I wrote not exactly shortcomings, but nit-picking. Devices can be improved indefinitely. In general, the phone is excellent. I did not find any critical shortcomings. For me, the most suitable of what is on the market - well balanced. The phone works great. I really like the phone, I would buy more. Especially, the quality of the software captivates and, for me personally, the presence of FM radio.

Pros

The devices of this company have always been distinguished by high-quality software (but they were budget. This company with bugs). On A5 2022, when making a call, the phone went to 3G, but now the 4G network is preserved - the sound quality is high, the caller ID has enough Internet to recognize scammers - VoLTE (cheap analogues can not always do this). A good 25 W charger is included, a cable on both sides with type-si, in my case a plus - on a type-si laptop, gives the phone fast charging, files are thrown quickly (it feels like Windows 10 does not show speed). I have enough batteries for 2 days (wi-fi, 4G, music, YouTube). Stereo speakers, but the bass is a little less than the apple 8.

Cons

My nitpicks: Very, very, very overloaded with settings (I'm already matured, I'm too lazy to figure it out). In general, the settings are good, but some functions are not described in the help. Furthermore. The screenshot in the online instructions is described as "simultaneously press the side key and the volume up key." In fact, briefly at the same time you need to press the power off and volume down keys. Online instructions need to be completed, providing explanations and animation. I did not find the notification setting so that it sounded not only in the headphones, but also on the external speaker. It would be cool if there was a function to roll back the settings (not a factory reset, but a rollback a couple of actions back), so that you can set it up by typing. In the SMS application, you cannot make a call by swiping the contact to the side (there was such a function on the A5 2022). The function of a large selfie (such as a panorama) was removed from the front camera, it was convenient to use it at sea or in the mountains. It is a pity that they removed the tray for 2 SIM cards and a separate SD card, but 256 GB is enough for me. It is a pity that the phone does not support soundcamp for creating music (I make amateur guitar recordings). In general, Samsung has become lazy in terms of applications. I also liked 3D chess from Samsung on old push-button phones. It's not now. There were not enough fresh wired headphones in the kit, although anyone who needs it will order it on the Internet (no problem). A 5 MP macro lens is not enough for 2022, it was necessary to make at least 8 MP. The hole from the front camera on the display does not bother me personally (you can watch the video in full screen, you can in real size - the latter is more serious). The fingerprint sensor is sensitive to skin contamination: excess moisture, car oil, etc. slow down fingerprint recognition. In general, pollution and moisture should be avoided.
