Review on Best Engine Timing Diesel Locking by Nathan Akers

2006 JETTA 1.9L BRM. This kit did the job. I have the camshaft/bearings/gaskets/etc. The part holding the crankshaft did not fit properly on the crank gear. Tool and handle teeth become thin/thick/thin/thick. This tool was out of order, so it didn't fit the crank exactly unless I was off by a cog. Luckily there is a factory time stamp as this tool was basically useless. The tool used to hold the camshaft in place was barely too big to fit in the mounting hole. The drill with the letter "A" worked much better. The large hub removal tool worked well, as did the puller itself. Both of those pieces work, which is why I gave it 2/5 stars. As I said at the beginning, I got the job done.
