I have bought several pairs of these shorts. They are for my son who is 16 and 6ft tall but very very skinny. He has a hard time finding basketball shorts that are long enough but fit snugly around his waist. They have a drawstring so he can adjust his tiny waist. They're long enough to reach his knees, so he's not wearing short shorts. The inner lining is not translucent at all. Nice fabric, breathable and very nice colors. I've bought black, navy, gray and now gray and black camouflage. He's 16 years old and very picky, but he loves these basketball shorts with pockets. A very good find!
