Short -- headache Bought

I have a shaved head, 24" tall, right in the middle of the 59-63 cm range for the large. After wearing this helmet for just 5 minutes I had a dull headache; 10 minutes later my head was screaming - this helmet is MUCH smaller. Other than a small piece of stubborn elastic at the back of the liner, there's no way to adjust the fit, padding, etc. There doesn't seem to be a way to swap L for XL and thanks to dynamic pricing I'm now paying 25% extra for XL because L doesn't match description? No thank you.
