This was originally 2 stars and I only mentioned the reflectors being different from the assembly video. Crosslinks reached out to try to solve the problem, so I thought I should add the rest of the experience.I bought this bike based on a recommendation that it was for people up to 6ft. I'm 5'11.5" (never hit 6) so I knew it'd be on the edge of usable, but the price was easier to handle than the other options i saw at the time. It definitely wins on the folding side. Carrying/moving a bike up steps is a lot easier when it can bend with the corners.Summary:- Came with the wrong reflectors (got free ones at my bike shop).- I spent an extra $70 to get it to a usable for my size.- Feels sturdy enough and gets the job done (college commuter, decent inclines.) I just had full-size bike expectations from a bike that clearly prioritized portability (As it advertised)(Seat Height) After putting most of the bike together, I took it for a test run. First thing I noticed: even the max height of the seat wasn't enough for a comfortable ride. I have long legs for under 6ft (33" inseam) and they were stuck at a right angle until I got the pole changed at my regular bike shop. I also bought bar ends to extend the height of the handlebars. It's not ideal, but it's a lot better than what I started with.(Pedals) A mixed surprise I got with the bike was in the folding pedals. It's definitely convenient from a packing perspective, but the mechanism inherently makes them weaker than a solid block of material. At 165lbs, I could feel them giving in a little when I stood to pedal uphill. I ended up replacing these at the same time as the seat pole.(NoHands) I like to ride without hands in empty/safe areas. The bike I had before this one was a full-sized Schwinn (non-folding, for 33" etc) and I could glide with my legs fully extended. Because the Xspec is designed for portability, the pedals and the center of gravity are much closer to the ground, making balancing a lot more fragile when maneuvering/turning.I'll bump it up to 3 stars because most of my problems aren't Crosslinks fault. The bike gets me from point A to point B, which is what I needed.
