I bought this set to make flat doors with this profile. Of course, no two flat panel displays have a predictable thickness. But there are no problems with these bits. They are highly adjustable in thickness, allowing the rail and stand grooves to be the same width as the panel thickness and the rail end ribs perfectly matched to these grooves. Of course, this requires a few test cuts, but for a layman like me this is part of the fun. These Freud bits cut great and are adjustable. My rails had arcs, so I had to run them by hand (with a starting pin, of course) against the post groove nozzle support. Everything worked great. They even come with tools to take them apart for adjustment! Big!
