Very functional, love the pockets and I expect denim to be very durable. BUT the apron didn't come with washing instructions and the gold lettering came off when it was machine washed. I didn't expect that an apron designed for use by a real chef would need to be hand washed and air dried. Yes, I found this guide later when I found a detailed description on Revain. But then again, what chef would expect an apron designed for use in a real kitchen with real grease, oil and other messy things to require hand washing? A statement of the fineness of this item had to appear at the beginning of EVERY item description so that no potential buyer would confuse it with something meant for real use, real grease, real oil, real food stains found in real kitchens. But it's a good show.
