The gear is terrible
I converted a 2006 softtail to hydraulic tensioners. The tool is too big to fit between the crank and camshaft sprocket. It might work if sanded, but I don't. In a pinch, you can clamp a piece of wood between your teeth. Don't waste your money with this tool.
