The griptape still holds up pretty well and looks very good, my only issue is that it's very rough. My hands were damp when applying. I assumed it would be like regular skateboard grit, I was planning on using it barefoot in a balance board I made, but that would be too rough on bare skin. I imagine it would gobble up a pair of skateboard shoes pretty quickly too, but for any other use it would be great. I'm still giving 4 stars as it looks like a good product but just a warning about the recklessness of the sand.
