Hybrid batteries have the advantage that they discharge slowly during storage. They also don't expire as quickly when used. I used eneloop and panasonic hybrid batteries so I had an idea of what to expect. When I received these AA hybrid batteries they were half charged. I was a bit disappointed with this as other brands come fully charged out of the box. However, I charged them all up and plugged them into every device I could think of (sphygmomanometer, toy, stain remover). I set a battery aside to see if it died in storage. They worked as expected. I haven't had to charge either of them yet and it's been a few weeks now. This product was submitted by Innolife for review.
