I never thought of buying a monocular until I saw a Facebook ad for a $29.99 monocular (another brand). There is a website, no phone number to speak to a support agent. The only form of communication is email purchase, which they often do not respond to. Decided to look for Revain and I'm glad I did. I paid $15 more than advertised on facebook but the monocular seems much better. Plus Revain has a great returns policy. Also, I received an email from the manufacturer asking if I am satisfied with their product and if not please contact them. Who does it? The monocular arrived in its own box, which was in turn packed in a shipping carton by Revain. The view is clear and sharp and easy to focus. I have full vision in one eye and limited vision in the other so this works really well for me as opposed to the binoculars I have used all my life. The monocular includes a nylon case with a belt loop and strap for attaching to the monocular. The only problem I've had so far is attaching the strap to the monocular. I'm terrible at solving puzzles and it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to thread the strap through the slots on the monocular so the buckle is on the right side. Not rocket science, but it worked for me. REMEMBER to rotate the eyepiece counterclockwise before using the monocular and adjusting your view. Despite the instructions saying so, I just removed the protective caps and tried using them and was disappointed thinking I would have to return them. Once the eyepiece is out it works great, I would have no hesitation in recommending this 10x50 waterproof/fogproof/shockproof monocular.
