The ability it gives me as far my billing goes or if I have questions about how something works-it has been very helpful! It would be nice not having all this extra work but what you get out way outweighs any downsides from time management standpoint.- nothing really - just keep using it until they change things up (which hopefully won't happen!). If anyone asks why we use software like ours there are two reasons 1) its easy 2). Its efficient 3.) our staff loves us 4.). We can do everything without getting frustrated at each other 5)). Our doctors love being able to see test results before seeing patients which makes their visits more productive 6)) no one gets annoyed because someone else did some task first 7)-we actually enjoy working together 8 ). When people ask "why so many steps" answer them honestly 9 )It speeds everyone along 10.
