Great product, a pleasure to use.
Different pros: Works great with Apple AirPods, the earphones automatically connect to the PC when you take them out of the case, just like it does on an iPhone Got cons: Windows was buggy for a long time and did not want to recognize the headphones (the minus is probably more to Windows than to the adapter)
