Very good system for CMMS and making sure maintenance is done
The best feature that I love about InstaCMms, it's really easy to use in my opinion. It's very user friendly which makes it great if you're new at using this software or haven't used any other CMM before now because of its functionality. What more could someone want? Nothing! If your looking into purchasing one of these then go ahead! You won’t regret doing so! There are many benefits such as having better control over all aspects of our facilities. Having a program where we can track everything from equipment needs with ease.
Pros
- Has an option for daily schedules; also has good features when tracking maintenance work orders through each facility building individually.
- Very simple GUI interface
- Good customer support/service team available 24 hrs day every weekday including weekends (1st shift)
Cons
- Does not have specific database reporting capabilities like some competitor solutions do
