Wanted to buy an OEM Dodge replacement and wanted $30! Got 2 of these (2 for me if I screwed up one). Installation was easy as long as I took my time. Use a small ViseGrip to slowly insert the button and baseplate into the belt. After installation, the center column is slightly rounded. I then took an end nail held by ViseGrips and heated the nail head until it was dark (not even a dull red!). I then lightly touched the center post to melt the plastic post into the base plate (like a "hot" rivet). Done slowly and skillfully, the repair will look professional and stay in place. These Toyota plugs are smaller in diameter than Dodge OEM plugs, but the price difference is significant.
