Only got half of what I paid for.

I only received half of the ordered goods. The product description says 4 and my receipt says 4 but I only received two. I have asked the seller to fix this and will update this review when the problem is fixed and I can install the spacers. But now I'm disappointed because it was finally a nice, warm weekend to do part-time work here in Alabama and I couldn't do the job.
