Exactly what I need
This is exactly what I need. The problem is that there is absolutely no schematic, so I had to take one apart to see what was what. I still don't know what one of the pins is for. Also, this only works with the internal LED if you need a +12V output. In my case, I needed a ground output, so I chose not to use the internal LED. It also looks like one of them has been returned as everything is scratched and obviously someone has tried to install it before. So I decided to open it up for examination.
