It's basically just a PCIEx1 to mPCIE pass-through with multiple holes on the back for up to 3 antennas. No screws included. So your best bet is to guess which screw is used to attach the mPCIE card to this card. I went through my entire collection (the m.2 nvme screws were too small, the m3 hard drive mounting screws were too big). Let's assume that the required screw size is m2 or. maybe m2.5 if m2 is too small.) None of these are available to me at the moment. For that headache I give you 2 stars. I haven't even tested the damn thing because of this stupid issue.
