Great running set with short instructions to get the most out of it early
No specific instructions, you'll have to search google or youtube to find out. To be honest, figuring things out is trial and error. Started the first run with GPS and heart rate on, but ended the run after a minute or two due to the lock screen. It only takes a line or two to explain this to new users, but it's not included anywhere with purchase or first use. Despite all the great reviews and the easy setup, there's no easy user guide for the layperson transitioning from Fitbit or Basic. fitness tracker.
