Works for humans too!
My grandfather has very calloused fingers because he has worked in construction all his life, so the conventional pulse oximeter on his fingers did not work. When he was discharged from hospital with Covid we used this on his earlobe to check his oxygen levels. Worked great and his nurse was impressed with our ingenuity.
