Does PRIME-LINE support its product?
I bought 6 of these folding door tracks. 3 of them worked perfectly. The fourth broke shortly after installation, the roller itself jumped out beyond repair. Unacceptable failure rate. I have written to PRIME-LINE twice via their website and have not received a reply. I hope the company reads these reviews and understands that consumers appreciate a company that stands by their products when they aren't working properly.
