I like that they provide both physical security as well as digital protection for my organization's network infrastructure which includes computers/laptops & mobile devices along with other IT equipment such as printers etcetera! They also offer 24x7 support via phone or email should any issues arise during business hours (or after). It would be nice if there were more options available when it comes time to renew your subscription - perhaps an annual option could exist? This has not really impacted us negatively but rather helped mitigate risk by ensuring proper patching practices are being followed across multiple platforms including laptops / desktops at workstation level plus servers within corporate networks.
