Review on 🍒 Chef'n QuickPit Cherry Olive Pitter by Stephanie Hammons

I bought this item on 14/06/2020 and it worked fine until 06/08/20 (I only used it on cherries - no olives). The return period expired on 07/14/20. When the product failed, the release handle became detached from the device. I put it back on and it semi worked (had to push the punch back manually - I think the return spring had failed). I tried to find a way to contact the seller using the information provided by Revain but gave up after 15 minutes of trying. This is the only reason I am doing this product review. I feel I deserve a replacement device or a refund. About 90% of the products I have bought from Revain over the past few years have not caused any problems.
