Review on DALIX Vertical Blind Replacement Smooth by Sam Hawj

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent quality, suitable for window treatment

I hate whoever invented the disgusting and fragile vertical blinds. I've dealt with them my whole life and they've always been the ugliest thing on the windows. Unfortunately as you know they break and fall on a whim and I had to replace 5 of these ugly things. After that has been said. The quality of these substitutes is excellent. They are actually thicker than the current crappy ones that break. Unfortunately they are about 2 cm too long so I just sat on the couch and cut off the ends. Lots of complaints about twisted ends. They were packed in a tiny box, rolled up, but the twisted ends were pretty easy to deal with. Whoever said they closed the blinds for a week is full of it. 30 seconds took care of the worst curls and I hung them up to do the straightening on their own. I twisted the blinds VERY tightly in the opposite direction and also bent them to match the curvature of the other ugly blinds and they didn't break or wrinkle in any way. The ones on the left are new from Revain. They are actually very good at blocking light. Update: even after a week the blinds are straight. I still hate them to death, but these do the trick as long as I don't move.
