Bought an AlorAir Sentinel HD55 to keep the humidity down in my basement. I've been using the unit for a full week and have noticed that the humidity in my basement isn't going down and my HD55 isn't draining. I emailed customer service because I was concerned that my unit might not be working properly and for possible troubleshooting tips I could follow to get my dehumidifier working. They responded with an email that a new device was on the way. Definitely one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. They value their customers very much. As soon as I plugged in the plug-in for a few hours, my basement was already at the set humidity level. Great product, great company!
