FIRE HAZARD - my new review
DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR. I've been using it for a little over a year and the monitor caught fire during use. If I hadn't acted quickly, my whole house could have caught fire. Sent this complaint to company support with no help. They didn't exchange the monitor for a new one, just wanted to replace it with another refurbished one or try to fix the fire hazard and send it back to me. Terrible product and even worse customer service
