The best thing about this product is its ability to provide results for all patients who have been tested by other platforms as well as those without any previous testing done at another facility. It does take longer than traditional tests due to it's more thorough process but I do not mind because there is so much better information provided after such time has passed which allows me to make informed decisions regarding my patient care options available. This software provides an overview report describing where within certain genes/genomic regions we find alterations - both somatic variants AND germline variations. We can then compare our findings against existing literature data bases like ClinVar etc., allowing us to see if anything new was discovered since last analysis performed elsewhere OR whether something previously unknown needs further investigation.
