Shipping was fast and it came in several boxes, but they all came in on the same day so there was no confusion. I had two people help me put it together, and I'm glad I did. We bought the 14ft version, as we have three kids. With a weight capacity of 425 lbs, this thing can hold all of them plus an adult. We went with this product specifically because of how safe it looked. We were always weary of these things, as those in the medical profession kept telling us that these things help cause a lot of injuries. It took close to 3 hours to put together, even with the help. However, we are very happy with how well the pieces fit and how tightly the mesh enclosure is. My kids can bang against it and be in no danger of going through. The only portion of the assembly that was difficult was the screws with the ladder. They are not long enough. I had to buy longer ones to properly build the ladder. Besides that, no issues.I would highly recommend this trampoline for its durability and safety, along with having such a high weight capacity.
