These heaters are great for heating a room, although they do take a bit of time. The heat is radiated gently from above and blown out to the side when the fan is running. Two of them operate in my house 24/7 during the winter months at a low temperature and maintain a comfortable room temperature once the room warms up. I wall mounted both and the wall never gets hot. I live in South Carolina, the temperature never goes below zero but it does drop as a teenager and these two wall mounted radiators along with a Delonghi radiator keep my two bedroom house warm. I have no other heat source. Just remember that it won't heat up your room in ten minutes or less, but after an hour on medium/high it will be warm and you can then turn it down to low and forget about it. I definitely recommend these heaters. I would buy again. I removed the star because the box was badly damaged and there is a dent on the front of the heater.
